SUREN K. GUPTA most recently served as Executive Vice President of AirClic, Inc., a wireless Internet
company formed in 2000 and backed by Motorola, Ericsson, Symbol Technologies and Goldman Sachs.
Previously, he had been Senior Vice President of GMAC Residential, a division of General Motors, where he
was responsible for the overall delivery of systems and technologies for GMAC Mortgage, GMAC Real Estate
and Relocation, and GMAC Bank. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Thomson Technology Services
Group, Intelsat and American Airlines, and had been a consultant with Ernst& Young.
Mr. Gupta received a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics from the Faculty & Institute of Technology, Delhi,
India, a Master of Science degree in computer Engineering from West Virginia University, and an MBA degree from
George Mason University. He serves on a number of advisory boards and is quoted regularly in technical journals and
the trade press on issues of information systems and networking
